My nose was the definition of a bulbous nose with a blunt tip.
So I wanted to reduce the volume of my nose and started looking into nose surgery.
A friend said she had revision eye surgery at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery and was really happy with it.
She said the facilities were good, the staff were kind, and the director was skilled.
She also said it was a clinic famous for noses and told me to go for a consultation.
So I listened to her and had a nose consultation.
The director said my bulbous nose looked large because the skin was thick and the cartilage was spread out.
Among the surgical methods, tying the tip cartilage is basically included.
He said tying the cartilage could reduce the volume,
and that lifting the tip into a sharper shape would improve it a lot.
I really liked that the explanation was detailed and easy for me to understand.
Also, he said my septal cartilage was weak, so if we used it, the tip might drop later.
So I had surgery with donated rib cartilage, and now it has been a little over a month.
It is still slightly swollen, but the tip is sharper, so the bulbous feeling is completely gone.
I think I will like it even more once a little more swelling goes down!
