I had closed rhinoplasty 7 years ago, but maybe the nasal tip got absorbed..
My nose looked shorter and more upturned than before. ㅜ
Since I was worrying about it, an acquaintance recommended Director Hwang-ho at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery, so I went for a consultation first.
After hearing the explanation, revision rhinoplasty needed to be done with an open method,
using donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage to build the nasal-tip support,
and the silicone could be changed to something a little higher, they said.
Because it was a revision, I was sensitive, but the explanation was very easy to understand,
and they reflected my design preferences so well that I had the surgery!!
It has been one month since the revision, and the nasal-tip swelling really does not go down easily;;
But they lowered the upturned tip just a little and raised the bridge slightly, and the angle of my nose line is amazing! lol
The line came out prettier than my first surgery, so I am totally satisfied.
